MOBILE App Setup

The MinistryOne™ Application is a mobile app for Apple and Android phones created for quick access to the online directory and other features while on the go. Most actions you would take in the online system can also be done in the MinistryOne™ Application. Several capabilities, including the directory, are available now, with more features to come as we expand our use of ShelbyNext Membership.

Follow these steps on your mobile device to install and access the MinistryOne™ app:

  1. Click Download MinistryOne™ Mobile App and select either Apple Store or Google Play store to download the MinistryOne™ app onto your device.
  2. After installing the app, open it and follow the instructions to connect to our church. You will have to identify which church you want to access. Enter Whitefish Bay or 53217 to select our church.
  3. Sign in with the account username and password you created in the first step.  
  4. After signing in, you should see your Profile screen where you can edit your profile or change your information visibility by clicking on the three dots icon on the top left. Click the X on the top right to close the profile screen. Click the People box to access the directory. At any time, click the nine-box grid, or waffle, in the top right to return to the main menu.
  5. Feel free to explore the other buttons to learn more about each function. As new features are enabled, more buttons will be added.

    NOTE: The church directory is provided solely to support the ministries, fellowship, and pastoral care of our church community. Information contained in the directory may be used only for church-related purposes and may not be used for commercial solicitation, political campaigning, fundraising for outside organizations, mass distribution, or any other non-church purpose. Directory information should not be shared with individuals or organizations outside the church without the permission of the person or family involved. Violation of this policy can result in removal from the directory.
