MinistryOne™ is an impactful mobile church app created so you can stay engaged any day of the week from wherever they are, the app has powerful features including giving, multimedia, events, prayer requests, and so much more. It’s never been easier to stay connect!

Follow these steps on your mobile device to install and access the MinistryOne app:

1. Click to download the app: Download the MinistryOne Mobile App
2. After installing the app, open it and follow the instructions to connect to our church. Find Your Church enter Whitefish Bay to select our church.
3. If you have previously signed in to ShelbyNext Membership on your computer, use the same username and password to sign in to the app.
4. If this is your first time accessing ShelbyNext Membership, click on the account icon in the upper right corner, click Sign In with Username & Password and then select I forgot my password.
5. Enter the email address you use to communicate with the church. If you do not have an email in ShelbyNext Membership, contact the church office using the contact at the top of this page to have one added to your profile.
6. Check your email for your username and instructions for creating or resetting your password. Tip: If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
7. After signing in, you can:
   • Review and update your contact information
   • Upload a profile photo and set profile visibility options
   • View the church directory
   • Review your giving history
   • View sermons
   • Use Contact Us and Prayer Request forms
   • Coming Soon:  Manage your groups, attendance check-in
