In this Series we will explore the importance of supporting, celebrating and developing a culture of Christian vitality. Research shows that vital congregations have a healthy culture that supports the church’s mission and vision. We will explore our culture (both what we celebrate being, and what we seek to develop) in an effort to continue to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ at UMCWFB. F.A.I.T.H. is an acronym for the five different values that can guide our faith to work…work for God, work for others and work for ourselves.
