Thanks to all those who have returned completed financial and
service
commitment cards during this year’s stewardship campaign.
As of this week, we have received:
Financial commitments pledging in
excess of $883,100 to support next year’s operating budget.
Service cards from over 350
individuals making in
excess of 1500 separate ministry commitments for
the upcoming year.
But there remain a significant number of members from whom no card
has yet been received, including over 75 current pledgers. To reach
minimum budget requirements, at least $139,000 of additional
financial commitments are needed. We want to remind everyone who has
not done so yet, to return a completed Commitment Card to the church
office as soon as possible. Even if for some reason it is not
possible for you to make a financial pledge or a time and talents
commitment this coming year, it is helpful for us to know that. A
team of volunteers is making telephone calls to all members from
whom no card has been received. Please help make our callers’ job
easier and return your card today. Cards are available in the
Narthex church office, and
