Taizé |
Join us for “contemplative prayer” - praying with music spiritual
solidarity through ecumenical prayer – in the sanctuary, the first
Friday of every month.
The Taize service is
marked by repetitive singing and long silences for meditation and
prayer. It is meant to encourage a close connection with God through
deep relaxation, to bypass the problem solving, intellectual part of the
brain and go straight to the soul. |

Baptisms |
|
|
|
 |
Baptisms are scheduled to be held during either the Saturday 5 p.m.,
Sunday 9 a.m. or the 10:30 a.m. service. If you anticipate a baptism in your
family, we have a simple process to prepare you for the day.
Contact Karen in the church office at 964-2424 x102
to schedule the date and provide information. If the date that you
prefer is available, Pastor Susan Patterson-Sumwalt will call
you to arrange a short meeting before the service. We look
forward to being a part of your family's religious connection. |
