Our congregation partnered with Bread For The World to be advocates to ease hunger and poverty in our country.  Persons were part of a letter writing campaign to elected officials in Washington, D.C.  They asked legislators to consider taking action that would assist persons living beyond the poverty level to better provide for themselves and their families.  For more information see www.breadfortheworld.org
