Periodically, the church offers specific groups for persons diagnosed with cancer, living with loss, etc.  Our newest group is for persons caring for aging parents. The staff also can make referrals to other community-based support groups that are appropriate to members’ needs.

Are you juggling your parenting and career responsibilities with caring for your aging parents? You are not alone.  Our church’s new “Sandwich Generation” group hosts guest speakers who address a variety of issues to guide you in this new experience.  Meets once a month on Tuesday evenings.

Rotational Leadership

This support group is for adults who live with mental illness and for their family members. The group, which calls itself  Courage with Christ, decides what activities to do and the direction the ministry will take.  Group members are survivors who find faith and Christian love to be essential aids in building mental health.  They  minister through caring, listening and prayer for all living with mental health challenges.
